We are happy to announce that translation is now available to all Typewise users! No more copy-pasting every time you need translation, no more wondering if the quality is good enough. With Typewise, you can now automatically translate your messages into your customers' language directly from your CRM, in one click, and with the best translation capabilities.
How does it work?
After you have formulated your message in the language you'd like, click on the Typewise icon in the bottom right corner of your text field. Select the language you'd like your message to be translated to.
Undo your translation
After you have translated your message, a box will appear in the bottom right corner of your text field. If you click on "undo", the translated text will be reverted into the original language.
Select what you want to translate
Instead of translating the entire message, you can also select certain words, sentences or paragraphs for translation. You can do so by using your mouse to mark the parts you'd like to translate and then click the translate button in the right bottom corner.
What languages are offered?
Typewise currently supports 29 languages. Your system admin has preselected the default languages for your company. If you feel like some languages are missing, please get in touch with your system admin or contact us directly.
