In addition to the general Snippets your system admin has created, you can create and manage your personal selection of Snippets. These Snippets can only be seen and used by you.

1. Navigate and click on the Typewise icon at the bottom right of the text box.
2. Click on "Settings" to open the Personal Snippets menu. This will be opened in a new tab in your browser.
3. Click on "+Personal Snippet" to create a new Snippet
4. Fill out the details to get the best from your Snippet.
Make sure to select the correct language. Pro tip: Add search tags, such as your name or other words, which will make finding the Snippet easier.
5. Use Quick Actions feature and create your own Personal snippet
The Quick Actions feature allows you to create your own personal snippets easily. To do this, highlight the text you want to save as a snippet and select "Create Personal Snippet." You will then be redirected to the Admin Portal, where you can modify the snippet text as needed. Once you’ve made your adjustments, save the snippet for future use. This feature helps streamline repetitive text input and improves efficiency. Your saved snippets can be accessed and reused whenever needed.
