1. What are teams and why are they useful?

Users can be organized into different teams. This allows us to set up different configurations per team to facilitate their different styles of writing and needs. For example, each team can have their own set of snippets, different languages as well as their own AI Model.

2. How can I create a new team?

At the moment, you can't create a new team by yourself. Please contact your Typewise Success Manager or Typewise Support, and we will happily assist you in setting up different teams.

3. How can I assign a user to a team?

To do so, please visit the user depository in the Typewise Admin Portal.

Click on the name of the respective user to open their user details. You can now select and assign the respective team.

4. Can a user be part of multiple teams?

Unfortunately, we don't support this option yet.
