If the Login fails, there can be multiple reasons.
Wrong browser
Make sure you use the internet browser where you have installed Typewise. Hint, this should be the browser you use for your CRM/Ticketing System. If you don’t have Typewise installed in the browser you need it in, please visit section Installation to install Typewise.
Wrong email
Make sure to insert the correct email address, without any spelling mistakes and the correct domain. If you are unsure about the email address, please contact your system admin to verify it.
Not registered user
Only registered users are able to login into Typewise. If you have used the correct email address but you still don’t receive the authentication email, please contact your system admin to verify that you are an officially registered user in our Admin Portal.
