Typewise is a Browser Plug-in, which will integrate into your CRM/Ticketing System.

Hint: Make sure to install it in the browser you are using for your CRM/Ticketing System.
Pin the extension in your Toolbar. To do so, Click on the extension sign (Puzzle Logo) on the top right of your browser to open the extension drop-down.
Now, click on the pin (eye in Microsoft Edge) behind Typewise. If done correctly, you should now see the blue Typewise Logo in your Toolbar.
